After-School Activities
-
Resurrection School makes available an extensive after-school athletics program that is run and supported by the volunteer efforts of our Athletic Director, teachers, parents, and alumni. The program is open to all students in 4th-8th grade. Wherever possible, teams for each grade (4th -8th) are formed.
This program allows students to participate in organized athletic competition against other Catholic and private schools in the area. Our no-cut program provides an opportunity for all students to participate, regardless of ability. Please refer to our Athletics Program page for more information.

Our 3D Printing Club & Workshop meets biweekly on Fridays after school. Students use a CAD app on their school iPads to create designs of nameplates, toys, and just about any handheld object! These prints are then sent to our Bambu A1 Mini 3D printer, where students can watch the 3D printing in action.
With a curriculum taught by school parents with software, engineering, and 3D printing backgrounds, our students learn the basics of engineering, CAD design, programming, and graphic design.

Our school choir is open to students in 3rd-8th Grade. Students practice once per week after school and provide the music at our weekly masses on Fridays. There are opportunities for students who play instruments to accompany the choir as well.

Our 7th and 8th graders attend dances with the other Diocesan schools at various times throughout the year. Resurrection School typically hosts the annual October dance, and school chaperones are present at all school dances. Students must maintain a certain grade point average and conduct grade to attend these dances.
