COVID-19 Response
In March of 2020, Resurrection School developed a strong and effective Distance Learning (DL) program that brought the classroom to our students until they could return to campus. In October 2020, we began welcoming students back to campus with a phased-in approach, while still continuing to offer DL to families who prefer that option.
By March of 2021, sixty percent of our students chose in-person learning and were on campus 5 days per week. At the start of the 2021/22 school year, we welcomed almost every student to campus for in-person learning. COVID-19 safety protocols continue to be in place.
Biannual Asbestos Inspections
In compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response (AHERA), our school is inspected for asbestos every six months. Due to having a full-time custodial staff that thoroughly cleans the entirety of our campus every school night (and after weekend events), we have avoided asbestos in all areas of our school. The document below highlights our asbestos management system, and how it has found that all of our building materials have maintained good condition.
