Our Alumni Community
Our school boasts a strong and expansive alumni network, and we make it a priority to consistently engage with our growing alumni base. Through our various school communication channels, invitations to on-campus events, and the annual Senior Send-Off, our former students are reassured that even in high school and beyond, they are always welcome back at Res.
Senior Send-Off
Toward the end of each school year, Resurrection hosts an annual Senior Send-Off for the alumni class that will be graduating high school that year. These students specifically are invited back onto campus to reunite with one another, as well as update each other and their former teachers about their lives. They then share a meal and sit with our principal to reflect on some of their fondest memories of Resurrection, share more about their high school experience, and discuss their post-high school plans. Between enrolling in higher education, beginning careers, and traveling the world, it’s an incredible experience to learn about each student’s unique journey!
Alumni-Driven Fundraising
Ryan Siu, Cameron Siu, and Jolie Nguyen attended Resurrection Catholic School for 10 years (JK-8) and are now alumni. The trio realized that it has been difficult for schools to maintain regular school operations during these trying COVID-19 times. Their goal is to combat these issues and give back to the Resurrection community. As a result, the three alumni developed a new fundraising platform named Givelan. The platform’s name originates from: give – to contribute (generously and selflessly); élan – with enthusiasm. Givelan is an opportunity for you all to donate to a diverse collection of school related projects.
