Physical Education Program
Twice a week, all students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade participate in Physical Education (P.E.). Students learn about healthy eating habits, how to best take care of themselves, what unhealthy habits to avoid, along with physical exercise.
Students in TK through 5th Grade are taught by a credentialed teacher from Rhythm & Moves. Students in 6th – 8th Grade are taught P.E. by our Athletics Director, Mrs. Julie Markley.
P.E. is taught on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On those days students come to school dressed in their P.E. uniforms and remain in that uniform for the school day.
