Student Awards

It is important for us to recognize student achievements in the academic, spiritual, and athletic venues. At our graduation ceremony, 8th grade students are also recognized and those awards are listed below.

Academic Awards:
Resurrection School is on a trimester system, and at the end of each trimester students are recognized for the following awards:

Grades K – 3rd:
The Excellent Job Award
The Good Job Award
The Hard Worker Award
The Always Willing to Help Award

Grades 4th – 8th:
Students in 4th grade and above receive letter grades and their trimester GPA is used to determine honors.

Principal’s Honors – 4.0 GPA
First Honors – 3.5 – 3.99 GPA
Second Honors – 3.25 – 3.49 GPA

Religion Awards:
At the last Mass of the month a student in each grade is recognized as the Peacemaker of the class, and Peacemaker of the School.

Athletic Awards:
At the end of each season, teams are recognized and certificates, or if applicable, trophies are awarded at a school assembly.
